I am a Black, queer, disabled, neurodivergent, non-binary therapist working with adult individuals and couples. I approach therapy from a Relational-Cultural lens, prioritizing a strong therapeutic relationship and following your lead as the expert on your own system. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, anti-racist, fat liberatory, & sex- & kink-positive ideals. I prioritize working with communities with whom I share personal experience, including: BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, polyamorous/ENM, BDSM/kink, SW, neurodivergent, & disabled. I frequently use my training in IFS (Internal Family Systems) to frame the work, and when appropriate, borrow from EFT (emotion focused therapy), Sex Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Attachment Theory.
