Fairbanks Somatic Therapy and Wellness provides body-based and expressive art mental health services including clinical counseling for individuals and groups ages 14+ as well as private coaching, self-care workshops and classes for studios and organizations. Brighton is currently the only registered dance/movement therapist in Alaska and practices gender affirming care that is trauma responsive and celebrates neurodiversity. We'll work together to explore your personal neurobiology and how to best support your needs.
