Hey! I'm Dani, and I am an LCSW licensed out of California and Colorado. My biggest passion is to support adolescents and young adults navigate depression, anxiety, family conflict, people pleasing, life transitions, etc. Additionally, I specialize in supporting the LGBTQ+ community and individuals exploring gender identity; how their lived experiences impact who they are, how they engage with the world, and how the world engages them. Our work together is all about discovering your true colors and all the different facets that make you who you are and celebrating that. My therapeutic approach is trauma informed and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also integrating, strength based, solution-focused strategies, DBT/mindfulness techniques, and a client-centered approach to meet each person’s unique needs. I believe in creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. In this space, YOU are the expert in your own life and lived experiences. I deeply value your inate wisdom. One of my strengths is building strong therapeutic relationships that allow clients to feel comfortable expressing themselves as we work together toward growth and healing. I value collaboration — not only with clients but also with families, caregivers, and other providers — to ensure a holistic and effective treatment experience.
