I provide 2SLGBTQIA+-affirmative nursing counselling and psychotherapy from a trauma-informed, weight-friendly, sex positive, harms reduction approach. My approach is mainly humanist and holistic, but I also use CBT, DBT, and other methods as needed. I worked in emergency, psychiatric, and palliative medicine and can therefore provide support on that end too. Lastly, I am certified in Sex and Birth support.
