In my office, you are encouraged to be your authentic self in a space where you feel seen, heard and valued. During therapy, you will be encouraged to explore your attachments, behavior patterns, emotions, boundaries and more. Whether you would like to explore your experiences through Sand Tray Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Expressive Arts or traditional Talk Therapy, you get to decide. We will work together to determine which therapy modality is best based on your specific needs and goals. I commonly help clients navigate their traumas, relationships, mental health symptoms and build healthier coping skills. People I work with have reported an increase in their self awareness, healthy communication and coping skills following consistent treatment.
