I have experience working with these issues and more. Let's work together in your healing journey to find resiliency within yourself and with those that matter to you to make lasting relationships become meaningful and prosperous. Life happens, and sometimes we need a helping hand to get back on track to living a life full of energy, perspective and enjoyment. I have a foundation in Bowen Theory, Family Systems, EFT and Gottman Couples Method Therapy to tailor treatment to your specific needs. You will guide me in your own treatment. I work with individuals, couples/marriages and families from all different cultures and experiences. I am an LGBTQAI2S+ and BIPOC therapist. I am fluent in English and Spanish. Hablo Espanol.
