I'm Kristin Evans, FNP-C, Pn1 - a family nurse practitioner and Precision Nutrition certified coach based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Through Groundwork Health, I offer clinically-informed nutrition coaching for people on GLP-1 medications, general wellness clients, and endurance athletes. I have a particular focus on serving the transgender community, where nutrition intersects with gender-affirming care in ways that are often overlooked. I bring a clinical lens to coaching - helping clients navigate how labs, medications, and health conditions intersect with their nutrition goals.
