Hello! I am a somatic psychotherapist specializing in recovery from trauma, social anxiety, and chronic pain. I provide virtual therapy for clients living anywhere in Colorado. As a somatic therapist, I combine traditional talk therapy with mind-body tools, skills, and awareness to promote healing and growth. Together we'll use mind-body tools to understand and heal your nervous system, address trauma (personal, intergenerational, or historical) and cultivate resilience so you can live from the center of who you are.
