Hi! My name is Lucia. I’ve been on a journey of academic excellence and professional growth of 8 years, practicing in Minnesota until 2022 and becoming a LMHC in Florida in 2023. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults grappling with OCD, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and more. I specialize in stress, anxiety, and ADHD and am up to date on the most effective techniques today. Adults, I can help you with your career, relationship issues, figuring out your ADHD, manage anxiety, deal with stress or anything else life throws at you. Let me help put you back in control of your life so you can start really living it. Parents, I can help your child manage unhelpful behaviors, become aware of, and connect to their emotions, strengthen their coping skills, improve academic performance, and have a more positive outlook on life. On our first session, I’ll gather information; history and quirks. Next, we’ll spend time reflecting on your goals and together we will lay out the best plan to accomplish everything you want. This is your moment. Parents, I’ll get to know your child, their awesome personality, and what makes them strong and resilient.
