I am an LCSW with experience primarily working with individuals living with chronic mental illness. I have experience working in inpatient psychiatric care, residential treatment for LGBTQ+ youth in recovery, and outpatient community mental health care. I am trained in crisis intervention, harm reduction, and trauma informed care. I use an integrative approach, as I believe that therapy is not "one size fits all" and should be personalized and adjusted to you as you navigate in your therapeutic journey. From depression and anxiety to mood disorders, to life adjustments, I'm here to support you. I'm a person centered, harm reduction focused therapist, meaning I want to help YOU to see that you're the expert in your own life. I will provide a safe space without judgement and with compassion to meet you where you are on your journey. Rather than give you advice or tell you what you "should" do, I will help you to explore what it is you want to do and how to get there. You can expect a space that is collaborative, non-judgmental, and autonomy focused. I'm ready to explore and get curious together at a pace that feels natural for you.
