If you're navigating trauma, queerness, identity exploration, or systemic oppression, I'm here to walk that path with you. I offer trauma-informed, queer- and trans-affirming, anti-oppressive care drawing from IFS, ACT, and somatic approaches. I work from a spiral healing framework—you may circle back to familiar themes, but each time with new awareness, deeper resources, and greater capacity. We'll move at a pace that honors your nervous system. Therapy with me is collaborative, intuitive, and rooted in care. Healing spirals outward—slowly and beautifully.
