I am a therapist with a passion for guiding individuals through their unique mental health journeys. My approach is rooted in a deep respect for the diverse challenges we each face in our lives. Considering therapy can be a stressful thing to do, I'm grateful for your courage in seeking support. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and symptoms of PTSD. My clients come from all walks of life, I have specific interests in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, those experiencing moral injury, and discovering how spirituality/faith contributes to psychological well-being.
