I am passionate about working with people who are experiencing the impacts of trauma and attachment wounds, including sexual violence. I believe that trauma can show up with a multitude of symptoms that I feel equipped to help you with including (but not limited to): self-esteem, feeling worthless, anger, relationship concerns, shame, anxiety. If you want to have a better understanding of yourself , have skills to cope, and generally feel better; I can support you. I work from an overall frame of Mindfulness, incorporating other orientations as needed including Sensorimotor, EMDR, CBT and Solution Focused Therapies. I am knowledgeable about the issues and concerns related to the gender and sexuality spectrum and am dedicated to this population. I am a cis, queer woman.
