It can feel like the world is spinning faster every day, there’s always “breaking news,” another crisis, and another reason to feel stressed or uncertain. It’s no wonder so many of us feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. Sometimes, it helps to have a space where you can pause, breathe, and make sense of it all. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the importance of feeling seen, accepted, and supported for who you are. My practice is an affirming space where all identities are welcomed and celebrated. I’m passionate about social justice and strive to create an environment where clients can explore their authentic selves without fear of judgment.
