I provide psychotherapy services to individual adults, specializing in stress, anxiety, and the effects of trauma and loss. My approach is collaborative and holistic, blending traditional talk therapy approaches and neuroscience-informed techniques like mindfulness and somatic therapies. I am driven by the belief that every person deserves joy, connection and the opportunity to live authentically, as well as compassion and support through the dark and difficult times that life brings. Whatever brings you to therapy, my primary goal is to help you find some relief, and create strategies that improve your quality of life (whatever that looks like for you) in the longer term.
