I am an independently licensed clinical therapist who works, adolescents, young adults, and adults to improve their mental health and wellbeing. As a trauma certified clinician, I have expertise in working with individuals who have been impacted by trauma and adversity, as well as individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ individuals, general life stressors, and other mental health needs. My style is warm, compassionate, and highly relational, with the understanding that felt safety within the therapeutic relationship is vital for self-exploration and healing. I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic styles tailored to each individual and maintain a client-centered approach.
