I help queer, trans, and questioning folks navigate relationship anxiety, insecure attachment, and identity stress, so they can feel more calm and confident in their connections. I provide Telehealth therapy in Massachusetts, Florida, and South Carolina. I'm a somatically-oriented therapist with ten years of experience, and I use a blend of nervous system regulation strategies, mindfulness and clinical hypnosis, parts work, and depth/insight-oriented approaches. I aim to help people address the root of challenges so that they can truly feel more secure and grounded day to day.
