I’m a queer- and neurodiversity-affirming licensed clinical social worker specializing in therapy for children, teens, and young adults (ages 8–35), as well as caregivers. I support clients navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, and identity exploration. My approach is trauma-informed, creative, and collaborative, drawing from narrative therapy, play therapy, expressive arts, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices. Therapy may involve conversation, storytelling, movement, or creative expression—whatever best supports your needs.
