Hello, I'm AJ Owens, and I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Therapy with me is straightforward, conversational, and collaborative. Most importantly, you're the expert on your own experience. My practice is 100% telehealth, so if you're anywhere in Indiana, we can meet from the comfort of your own space. I work with teens and adults, specializing in mood disorders like depression and anxiety, as well as LGBTQ+/Queer/Trans-Affirming care. I'm outspoken about human rights and welcome honest conversations about identity, politics, and the stress of living in today's world. My style is supportive but never "stuffy," and I want you to feel safe being fully yourself here.
