Provider Description
I work with individuals and couples. I am sex worker-affirming and kink/BDSM aware. I am an Afro-Cuban/Dominican male-identified therapist working with the BIPOC transgender and LGBTQ community, helping with racial trauma, religious trauma, sex therapy, and LGBTQ Couples. My goal is to provide a healing space. Together, we will explore the inner self to identify recurring patterns of behavior, process old traumas, pay attention to your body's signals of need for healing, and develop new approaches to change. I take a social construct approach to therapy. I practice fairness and equality for people of every race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, ability, socio-economic status, religious belief, political view, and other identities. I pay special attention to how systemic trauma and traumatic experiences impact how we show ourselves to the world.
