I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with Master’s degrees in both Social Work and Clinical Psychology. I have a private practice in Fort Worth and work with clients both in-person and virtually, as needed. My focus is based in mindfulness, kindness, and gratitude, as well as neuroscience and self-care within my therapeutic approach. I am an affirmative therapist who is inclusive and supportive of everyone who enters the door. I believe that in order to understand and help someone that you must also understand a person’s culture, environment, and family. We bring our history with us and together, we will work to write the best version of your life. I have an adventurous spirit and love nature, a good book, and delicious dessert.
