I specialize in perinatal mental health, substance use, harm reduction, sexual health, and anxiety disorders, with a focus on supporting women and LGBTQ+ individuals. As a client-centered therapist, I believe that you already hold the answers to your most significant challenges. My role is to guide and support you in uncovering those answers, honoring your journey every step of the way. In my practice, I take great care to offer affirming, trauma-informed care. I have particular experience working with women, the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals living with HIV. My goal is to create a safe space for you to explore and heal, free of judgment.
