Hi! I'm Fai (pronounced /fay/). It's hard to navigate a world that was built against your needs. As a queer, nonbinary, neurodivergent person of color, I recognize how interlocking systems of oppression impact one's life/wellbeing. I aim to hold space for LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and BIPOC folx, and those affected by fatphobia, xenophobia, ableism, or the White supremacist capitalist patriarchy. Together, we can untangle experiences of marginalization, complex trauma, and difficulties from depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, gender dysphoria, etc. I also work with adult adoptees on adoption/separation trauma.
