About My Practice: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in providing one-on-one psychotherapy across California, Nevada, and New York. My practice focuses on creating a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotional and psychological well-being. I use an integrative approach that includes talk therapy, cognitive restructuring, and a focus on understanding the personal experiences and complexities of each individual. What Can a Patient Expect During a First Visit? During the first visit, we’ll begin by discussing your current concerns and personal history. The session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and I’ll work with you to establish goals for therapy. I aim to make the space feel safe and open, so you can start to share at your own pace. We will also discuss logistics like confidentiality and the therapeutic process.
