As a member of the Air National Guard, I understand the unique experiences that come with military life. I'm especially comfortable working with veterans and service members, offering a space where they can feel seen, understood, and supported. From the pressure to perform under stress to the quieter struggles that follow. I also have a deep interest in working with men and boys who are exploring what it means to be themselves in a world full of conflicting messages about masculinity. Together, we can look at how identity, emotions, and values intersect—and how to move forward with a clearer, more authentic sense of self. You don't have to have it all figured out to take a step forward. I'm a therapist who uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people navigate challenges with more self-compassion, presence, and purpose. I believe therapy is a powerful tool for facing life's tough moments, big transitions, and internal struggles. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to live with more purpose, I'm here to walk alongside you—not to "fix" you, but to help you reconnect with who you are and what truly matters.
