I help queer, neurodivergent people-pleasers swap burnout for boundaries and self-doubt for self-love. I have 5 years of experience supporting the neurodivergent LGBTQ adults through ditching self-abandonment with my integrative, evidence-based approach. My work incorporates socially-conscious principles, including decolonized, anti-capitalist, and anti-racist therapy, creating a space that recognizes systemic oppression, cultural trauma, and social justice while helping you connect with your authentic self.
