Greetings... I am an integrative psychodynamic psychotherapist with a relational foundation; I recognize how societal expectations, role rigidity, and trauma can impact well-being. As a queer man, I recognize and prioritize the intersectionality of identities, pluralistic awareness, and multicultural humility. My approach often blends mindfulness, acceptance, attachment, and cognitive principles where indicated. I work with a lot of neurodivergent people and emerging/young adults; queer folks, and straight folks. I'm dedicated to supporting clients in developing their relationships, self-love, patience, resilience, transitions, & adaptability.
