I specialize in supporting clients who are facing challenges related to sexuality, relationships, identity, and self-esteem. I love working with clients who want to develop a more intentional connection to their bodies, sexualities, and the people they love. My approach is based on the foundation of co-creating a compassionate, authentic, non-judgmental space with clients to support their exploration. My liberation-focused approach gives client’s the space to develop their connection to their most authentic selves. I believe that exploring all parts of ourselves and how they have been shaped by relationships, experiences, and larger systems can give us the insight to live an authentic life based on our own values.
