You want a therapist who understands neurodivergence and affirms your identity without question. Someone who can help you untangle the hard stuff and offer genuine support. This might also include having access to gender-affirming letters when you need them, without added stress or barriers. Through helping you tap into strengths you may not even know you have, I can help you learn to enjoy the life you are living and identify areas where change is possible. I offer a safe, welcoming environment where you can trust that you will be heard and accepted. I know that choosing a therapist can be difficult.
