At the heart of our work, we'll focus on building an uniquely attuned relationship together to help you find eventual relief from your concerns and a deeper connection to your own authenticity. You'll improve your self-awareness and insightfulness - skills essential to fully thrive. Diverse life experiences are beautiful. I purposefully see clients representing a variety of cultural, ethnic, and spiritual backgrounds, sexual orientations, kink, relationship styles (monogomy and polyamory), and gender identities. My practice is and will always be LGBTQIA-affirming. Since every journey to wellness is unique, I do not utilize a one-size-fits-all approach, but collaborate with clients on how best we can work together.
