My personality influences my approach to therapy and coaching by demonstrating my intentionality in relationship building. I like details and I provide clients/players with a space to share & process the details (from the mundane to the significant) which creates an atmosphere of feeling seen, known, and loved. I currently offer 1:1 telehealth individual therapy sessions to adults (18yo+) who reside in the state of Utah. I also offer 1:1 telehealth coaching sessions to adults (18yo+) who reside in the United States.
