I am a sex-positive, LGBTQ+ therapist who is passionate about supporting clients navigate whatever life, work, kids, or partner(s) throw their way. My priority is to create a meaningful, proactive connection that fosters growth and resilience. I integrate techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR to enhance your flexibility & adaptability amidst life's challenges, as well as Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD treatment. Together, we’ll work to build insight, develop practical skills, and enhance your ability to thrive. I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ & consensually non-monogamous people, as well as clients struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, neurodivergence, low self-esteem, & chronic illness/pain. I am also committed to integrating an approach to the therapeutic process that acknowledges the impact of systems of oppression on my client's lived experience. I have anLCSW license in the states of MD and DC. I meet virtually with clients who reside in MD and DC, and offer in-person appointments in Silver Spring, MD.
