You may have found your way here because you want support with anxious thoughts, low self-worth, nightmares, confusing and intense emotional reactions, or healing from difficult experiences in childhood. Whether you've never been to therapy, or found traditional talk therapy hasn't quite clicked for you, my passion is supporting you through healing. My approach is gentle, affirming, and playful. I believe that every part of ourselves and every emotion has a purpose, often trying to protect us, even if the outcomes aren’t always ideal. My role will be to speed up your brain’s natural healing process by providing skills and interventions specific to your needs, using humor and levity along the way.
