Hi! I‘m Cristal, a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Teacher. My specialty is helping individuals of all genders heal their relationships with food, movement, and body. I practice with a compassionate, weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, non-diet approach. I work with clients to reconnect to their inner wisdom, put down the shame, & cultivate self-compassion. I do my best to provide a safe, compassionate, inclusive space for my clients to feel heard, seen, & valued. It’s my mission to help you find liberation from food, movement, and body image struggles so that you can apply that energy toward creating the life you want!
