I am an empathetic, encouraging, patient therapist that can help you rise above what you are going through. My focus is on supporting individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized individuals who are grappling with intense stress, anxiety, overwhelming fear about the state of the world, and a sense of feeling overwhelmed in their lives. My aim is to help people find relief so that they can (re)establish a grounded sense of self and authentic connections with others.
