I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 6 years experience, providing direct mental health and behavioral counseling. I hold a certification in LGBT Health Policy & Practice that shines my experience with LGBTQ+, non-binary, and gender non-conforming youth and adults. I am trained in several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness & Stress Reduction techniques, and Psychedelic Integration Therapy. I have 9 years experience working with artists from varying creative domains, providing Mindfulness strategies to reduce creative slumps, blocks, and other creative struggles. My therapeutic style is direct, but warm and down-to-earth. I incorporate perspectives and tools from many styles of therapy so that I can tailor a costumed therapeutic experience together with my clients. Therapy is an important space in which you wish to be seen, heard, understood and validated. I tend to provide my clients with modern holistic practices to build a new way of living with a deeper insight to disrupt unhelpful patterns and create more benefiting behaviors.
