Are you looking for a safe and collaborative space to figure out who you are and where you want to go from here? I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults navigating life changes, exploring identity, and healing from trauma. Together, we’ll work to uncover what’s truly you and release what no longer serves you. I approach therapy through a social justice and systemic lens, recognizing that our struggles are shaped by the world we move through. Each of us carries a story made up of unique experiences, strengths, values, culture, and circumstances. When we begin to understand those pieces, it can bring new perspective, less shame, and more intentional living. I draw from trauma-informed CBT, narrative, and solution-focused therapies, tailoring our work to what feels right for you. My background is in community mental health, and I’m deeply committed to creating a culturally responsive, affirming space where all identities are welcome.
